My name is Dawn Green. I'm a full-time licensed REALTOR® serving Denver, the South Denver Metro and surrounding communities. Colorado is home. I was born in Littleton and raised in Englewood, and I've spent my career here helping people buy, sell, and invest across the areas I know best: Aurora, Centennial, Parker, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, and the greater Denver Metro.

Before I got my real estate license in 2015, I worked as a mortgage underwriter and managed transactions for a team of 20+ agents as a transaction coordinator. I'm also a licensed Colorado notary. That background means I understand financing, contracts, and the paperwork side of a deal from the inside, so I can spot issues before they become problems and keep your transaction moving.

I work with residential and commercial clients on buying, selling, relocation, new construction, leasing, and 1031 exchanges. To date I've closed over 218 transactions totaling more than $75 million in sales, earned 130+ five-star client reviews, and hold designations including ABR, GRI, CMRS, SFR, PSA, and AHWD.
