Client Reviews for Dawn Green, Denver Metro REALTOR®

My team and I had the opportunity to work with Dawn Green on a recent transaction where she was the Listing Agent. I would recommend Dawn to anyone looking for an agent who is experienced and communicative, has a great reputation in our industry, and is a phenomenal negotiator!

I had the absolute pleasure of working on a transaction with Dawn and can say that she is a truly exceptional realtor. As a mortgage broker myself, I can say that Dawn is in a class of her own. She is extremely responsive no matter the time of day, and will always go the extra mile for every single client! Dawn separates herself from others through her fierce negotiation for her clients as well as her hospitality that makes every person feel taken care of at each step of the process if you are buying or selling. If you are in the Denver Metro Area, there is no other realtor that will give the exceptional attention to detail that Dawn does. She will go above and beyond to help you buy your future home or to sell your current, make Dawn your first choice!

Dawn was my realtor earlier this year and walked with me every step when buying my home back in March 2026! She was so flexible and was able to show me homes in rain, snow, when the Broncos were in the playoffs, and everything in between. Dawn helped me advocate for the things I loved in a home and helped me say no to those I didn’t. I would 100% trust Dawn to help me buy another home and will always recommend her to those around me. Forever grateful for her! 😊
